Before You Build

​Frontier Estates has no HOA.

All home designs must be approved by the Frontier Estates Design Review Committee. Homes must be site built and have a total livable area greater than 1800 square feet.

Plans must be drawn in accordance with current local regulation and approved by Snowflake Planning and Zoning.
